Dr.
Manish Bansal- Director Principal BFCMT congratulated the students, Head of the
Department as well as the Faculty members. He mentioned, “The most important
role which an educational institute has to play is to manage the transition
from student to professional manager. At BFCMT, we have been consistently focusing
on this aspect with the prime objective of overall development of students. We
have tried to redefine the process of learning by introducing the unique
teaching methodologies and the “Employability
Scorecard” to continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of our
students on different parameters. To sharpen their skill set we focus primarily
on trainings and seminars to enhance personality development and communication
skills. On the parallel lines regular industrial visits and guest lectures are
also organized for them from time to time. This is worth mentioning here that
the MBA students have experienced the Guest lecturers from the faculty of IIM,
like Prof. Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal (IIM Kashipur), Prof. Dr. Prakash Singh
(IIM Lucknow) and Dr. Anoop R Ohri (visiting Faculty to
various B Schools including IIM Rohtak) in the various fields of management
studies.”
“Once
again I would like to congratulate those 4 students and wish them all the best
in the future. We believe that all these initiatives are complementary to
accomplish our objective of providing 100 % placements to our MBA and B.Tech
students. We are quite optimistic that by providing this kind of practical
exposure to our students we are definitely going to achieve this objective”.
